Individual Buyers

If you are receiving your first or second apartment in a new building, the workshop gives you a complete, practical method to inspect your specific unit — room by room, element by element — before you sign the delivery certificate.

The session covers the legal framework, the inspection protocol, hands-on practice, and documentation. You leave with the knowledge to conduct your own review confidently on delivery day.

  • Complete inspection protocol for your unit type
  • Understanding of warranty periods and claim procedures
  • Practical tools and documentation methods
  • Q&A session focused on your specific building and developer

Co-investment Groups

Co-investment groups face a distinct challenge: multiple units in the same building, often delivered in a compressed timeframe. Coordinating multiple inspections without a shared method creates inconsistency and missed defects.

The group workshop trains all participants in the same protocol, so every member of the group can inspect their unit with the same thoroughness — and the group's collective documentation is consistent and complete.

  • Shared inspection protocol for all group members
  • Coordination strategies for multi-unit deliveries
  • Common defect patterns in new buildings
  • Group documentation and collective claim filing

Frequently asked questions

We recommend registering at least two to three weeks before your scheduled delivery. This allows time to schedule the workshop session, prepare materials, and ensure you have sufficient time to absorb and apply the knowledge before your delivery day.
The workshop includes both a conceptual component and a hands-on practical component. The practical component requires a physical space. Sessions are conducted in Santiago and may be arranged in other cities for groups. Contact us to discuss your location and options.
Group sessions are designed for co-investment groups of three or more participants. Smaller groups may also benefit from the individual format. Contact us to discuss which format suits your situation.
No. Selnuke is a training service. We prepare you to conduct your own inspection. We do not attend deliveries on behalf of clients, produce third-party inspection reports, or act as your representative with the developer. Our purpose is to give you the knowledge and method to do this yourself.
Participants should bring comfortable clothing suitable for movement in a construction or apartment environment, a smartphone for photography practice, and any documents related to their apartment purchase and scheduled delivery. A full preparation list is provided upon registration.
The inspection method and legal framework covered in the workshop apply throughout Chile, as the relevant legislation is national. For deliveries outside Santiago, contact us to discuss options for remote or travel-to-location sessions for groups.
